NOTO: Small Business Day and Night

Art. Colors. Opportunity. Diversity. History. Those are a few things that come to mind when I think of the NOTO Arts & Entertainment District in my home of Topeka, Kansas. It's where I show and sell my art. It's where I do much of my socializing and bring guests when they come to visit my city. For the first time, it was the focus of one of my photo shoots. I hope I brought out the details of this great district where people experience art, shop, eat and live. As a small business owner, I post this gallery on Small Business Saturday. It's a big day for us, but it can't be our only day. I hope artists and small businesses will be your focus all year long - for birthdays, for redecorating your home, housewarming gifts or anytime you want to beautify your space with something local and unique. |
